This is not a Commitment Letter. An official Commitment Letter will be emailed in accordance with SCVA guidelines if your Player-Family accepts this invitation to play with LAVBC.

At the Coastal Combine, Bounce-1 and Flow-1 combined for (2) of LAVBC’s (3) Gold Medals on the season.

2023-2024 CLUB DUES

COMPETITION TEAMS

Season Dues: $5,100 Base Competition Dues + $500 per travel tournament Travel Dues.*

Most teams will play (3) travel tournaments. Some teams will play more than (3). The minimum number of travel tournaments teams will play in is (1) The Red Rock Rave in Las Vegas. Travel commitments will be announced prior to tryouts. All Travel Tournaments are mandatory. Failure to attend a travel tournament commitment may result in dismissal from the team.

Travel Teams will travel to compete at Red Rock (Las Vegas), at least one or more other qualifiers (e.g., Reno, Salt-Lake etc.), and one post-season tournament. This post-season tournament will either be the Girls Junior National Championships or the AAU National Championships in Orlando Florida or the SCVA Summer Soiree.

Travel dues are an additional $500 per travel tournament. Transportation and lodging costs are the responsibility of each player-family. However, our club Travel Coordinator will be assisting all player-families with booking their hotel rooms through USA Volleyball’s Stay-And-Play program. Hotels are pre-designated by LAVBC and all player-families must choose rooms in the designated hotels.

NON POST SEASON TRAVEL TEAMS GO TO RED ROCK

Unless stated, ‘Non-Travel Teams’ WILL travel and play in Red Rock ($500 Travel Fee applies) with the club but not at a Post-Season tournament. Additional fees ($500) will apply for post-season travel play if a non-travel team decides to compete and has the numbers.

*Payments through League Apps. will incur a 4.1% League Apps fee. ACH Payments will incur a 3.1% fee.

All dues are to be paid by April 1, of the playing season

Transfers will be granted if all of the season’s dues and any other funds owed the club have been paid in full

LAVBC does not permit transfers after March 1 for any reason.
