2025-2026 LAVBC SEASON

USAV Club Commitment Form

Please sign this form if you are committing to play for LAVBC during the 2025-2026 season. Forms can not be signed before 8AM on July 27 for u14-u18 or Before October 5 at 8AM for ages u7-u14.

COMMITMENT INFORMATION:

  1. Each player and a parent/guardian will sign a Letter of Commitment to secure a place within a given club.

  2. The 2025/2026 Letter of Commitment may not be signed until 8:00am on July 27, for ages u15-u18 and October 5, for players aged 7-14.

  3. After 8:00am on July 27, 2025, a u15-u18 player and parent/guardian may sign and submit a Letter of Commitment and Deposit to one and only one club. After 8:00am on October 5, 2025, a u7-u14 player and parent/guardian may sign and submit a Letter of Commitment and Deposit to one and only one clubPlayers may not sign more than one Commitment Letter per season.

  4. The player will then be committed to this club for the entire 2025/2026 season.

  5. First practice for u15-u18 is Nov. 29. First practice for u7-u14 is Nov. 1
