2026-2027 LAVBC SEASON

USAV Club Commitment Form

Please sign this form if you are committing to play for LAVBC during the 2026-2027 season. Forms can not be signed before 8AM on July 26 for u14-u18 or Before October 4 at 8AM for ages u7-u14.

COMMITMENT INFORMATION:

  1. Each player and a parent/guardian will sign a Letter of Commitment to secure a place within a given club.

  2. The 2026/2027 Letter of Commitment may not be signed until 8:00am on July 26, for ages u15-u18 and October 4, for players aged 7-14.

  3. After 8:00am on July 26, 2026, a u15-u18 player and parent/guardian may sign and submit a Letter of Commitment and Deposit. After 8:00am on October 4 , 2026, a u7-u14 player and parent/guardian may sign and submit a Letter of Commitment and Deposit.

  4. Club players may not sign more than one Commitment Letter to a club, or double commitment to different clubs.

  5. The player will then be committed to this club for the entire 2026/2027 season.

  6. First practice for u15-u18 is Nov. 28. First practice for u7-u14 is Oct. 31.
