TRAVEL DUES:

• $650 per travel tournament. **

Most teams will play (1-3) travel tournaments. Depending on the season some teams will play more than (3). The minimum number of travel tournaments teams u12 and above LAVBC teams will play in is (1). All Travel Tournaments are mandatory. Failure to attend a travel tournament commitment may result in dismissal from the team. Players will travel with their parents to travel tournaments. a

National and Regional Travel Teams will travel to compete at one or more other qualifiers (e.g., Reno, Salt-Lake etc.), and one post-season tournament. This post-season tournament will either be the Girls Junior National Championships or the AAU National Championships in Orlando Florida or ISLAND FEST or the SCVA Summer Soiree.

Travel dues are an additional $650 per travel tournament. This does not include Transportation or hotel fees. Transportation is the responsibility of the parent. Arrangements can be made for players to travel with Chaperones or Coaches. Lodging and flight costs are the responsibility of each player-family.

Our club Travel Coordinator will be assisting all player-families with booking their hotel rooms through USA Volleyball’s Stay-And-Play program. Hotels are pre-designated by LAVBC and all player-families must choose rooms in the designated hotels.

Upon Player’s Commitment to LAVBC, all Regional and/or Travel Tournament participation is REQUIRED

• Number of travel tournaments are dependent on specific teams.

• LAVBC stay with parents at the team designated hotel. NO EXCEPTIONS.

**Travel tournament fee doesn’t include player hotel, air travel to hosting site, or food.

NON POST SEASON TRAVEL TEAMS

Unless stated, ‘Non-Travel Teams’ WILL still travel and play in the National Red-Rock Qualifier with the club but not at a Post-Season tournament. Additional fees will apply for post-season travel play if a non-travel team decides to compete.
